Avance Academy
Civic leadership training for the next generation
A structured training program that equips Hispanic Americans with the practical skills of civic leadership — organizing, communication, policy literacy, and campaign fundamentals.
- What It Is
- Avance Academy is Hispanics Vote's flagship leadership program: a multi-week curriculum in civic organizing, public speaking, policy analysis, and campaign operations, delivered bilingually in partnership with established training institutions.
- Who It Serves
- Emerging leaders ages 18–35 — students, young professionals, small business owners, and community volunteers who are ready to move from participation to leadership.
- What Participants Gain
- Hands-on training, a national peer network, mentorship from Hispanic conservative leaders, and a direct pathway into campaign, advocacy, and public service roles.
